Project: "Yalla Yalla" Commercial

Concept & Scriptwriting
I created a script for a commercial for 'Yalla Yalla,' a local Middle-Eastern food bar in Den Bosch. The owner, Jinan Saleh, loved the concept and was eager to see it brought to life.

Production
As the project manager, I assembled a team of actors and crew and handled the logistics, including renting equipment such as lights, microphones, and cameras. We planned a shooting day to film the commercial.

Challenges & Adaptations
On the day of the shoot, we faced unexpected challenges, including equipment issues and an actor's last-minute unavailability. To overcome these obstacles, I adapted by adjusting the settings and stepping in as an actor myself.

Outcome & Reflection
Although the final product did not meet our initial expectations and was not published on Yalla Yalla's social media pages, the project provided invaluable experience. I gained insights into project management, production logistics, and the importance of adaptability. This project was a crucial learning opportunity, equipping me with the knowledge to achieve high-quality results in future productions.
